Pounding heart, constant worry, and pressure in your chest? These are some of the symptoms of anxiety.

Anxiety is a signal that we are worried that harm may come to our loved ones or ourselves. Sometimes
fear of having an anxiety attack causes a person to become homebound or stay within a few places that
feel safe.

It is very gratifying for me to work with anxious clients and watch their worlds begin to open up again. I love to see my clients live their lives with increased confidence, joy and a sense of accomplishment.
